General Mladic is the Serbian military leader based in Pale HQ. He formulates military tactics in the control of Bosnian territory. During the sieges of the UN safe areas during July 1995, Mladic oversaw the removal of Muslims from Srebrenica and Zepa. In July 1995, the UN war crimes tribunal indicted Mladic on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity.
